They have completely put us at ease throughout the process. Communication - The biggest pet peace I have with past realtors has been their lack of communication. I have worked with realtors who will not call me back for days. This is not the case with Michael and Kimberly. I have never had to wait longer than a couple of hours with the norm of most replies being immediate. Knowledge - They know what they are doing and have years of experience. We chose Michael to be our agent to buy a house in Texas while we were in California.
